Pup in Boots Go Kits Keep Families Together

Friends of PACC & Primavera Foundation Seek Supplies for Pups

The Pup in Boots Go Kits project is spearheaded by a group of PACC volunteers who started out collecting new and gently-used booties for dogs to protect their feet from hot asphalt. The project recently expanded through a partnership with the Primavera Foundation to gather additional, basic supplies for pets belonging to our neighbors facing homelessness.

Pima Animal Care Center’s Animal Protection Officers and staff at the Primavera Foundation's drop-in center will distribute Pup in Boots Go Kits to folks in need with pets. Kits will contain items like booties, pet food, collapsible dishes, flea and tick prevention, leashes, collars, and more.

The Pup in Boots Go Kits project aims to...

- Help homeless and under-served communities keep their pets safe.
- Cultivate community involvement in pet welfare.
- Help PACC become a  household name synonymous with community support for pets.

There are lots of ways to get involved!
